Free 1960s Motown Drum Grooves

by Per Ulfhielm | Oct 4, 2026 | Free drum grooves | 7 comments

Here’s a whole song’s worth of 1960’s Motown drum grooves, ready for download. It’s a short song (around 2 minutes) in 4/4 120BPM, just as a lot of the classics were back in the day. This one was inspired by groups such as the Temptations, Four Tops etc. The grooves will drop right into Toontrack EZdrummer & Superior Drummer, XLN Audio Addictive Drums, Steven Slate Drums, NI Studio Drummer, NI Abbey Road Series, Logic Drummer and General MIDI
