Listen to some Reggae Drumming, mon!
We have been getting lots of e-mails asking what the [intlink id=”53″ type=”page”]Reggae Drumming Pack[/intlink] sounds like, so I thought I’d upload a couple of recently recorded sound clips. Of course the clips only showcase a tiny fraction of the content, but I think it will give you a pretty good overview of what the Reggae Pack is about.
Now click the links below, sit back and enjoy!

Reggae Drumming Sound Clip 3
This clip was written and recorded by Magnus, who plays all instruments except guitar. He went all-in on this one and even laid down some vocals – listen for his sublime secret message at the ending of the track 🙂
All drum grooves were (obviously) taken from the upcoming [intlink id=”53″ type=”page”]OddGrooves Reggae Drumming[/intlink] pack.

Boom-schak-a-lack, respect.
Indeed 🙂
Great sounding demos, good job! Looking forward to the release.
Now, that is a nice addition! I really enjoy reggae, and for that matter dub, too. This is a great addition to your product range, guys…
Can wait for the release of these so I can have some fun too, man
should have been “Can’t”
That sounds really cool!
I begs the question:
WHEN???
Really soon 🙂
Hi,i’m thinking of buying the reggae pack.If i do i’ll get a downloadable version right? Also can you tell me which vsti did you use for the “King of Reggae” song? And do you have a preset for that that you wouldn’t mind sharing?I have Addictive Drums and Ezdrummer, but i haven’t been able to make a good reggae presetyet ..Looking forward to your reply!
Hey Terry,
Yes, all of our products are downloadable. The drum sound on “King of Reggae” is Toontrack Superior Drummer using the Custom & Vintage expansion pack. You should be able to get pretty close with AD as well. Try one of the vintage-ish presets and tune up the snare.
Cheers,
Per
